Distiller: Tobermory
Distilled: Undisclosed
Bottled: Undisclosed
ABV: 46.3%
Age: 10 yo
Cask type: Ex-bourbon
Source: Pour at Grand Terminus, Bergen, Norway.
Setting: Unblind.

Nose: Hazelnut, campfire smoke, apricot, dairy. Straight forward but solid.
Palate: Clementine, bushfire, lightly woody, dry.
Finish: Astringent ash, dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream. Good oily length.
Overall: A really solid peaty whisky, but on the flipside it is rather simple. On the ashy side of peat. This is would be a great background peaty whisky to have sitting around.
