Wemyss Delicious Burst

Wemyss Delicious Burst

This is another Wemyss just like the previous one that appears to have been blended specifically for this calendar. Going off the name I am going to assume that this is a variant of Vanilla Burst, which I have reviewed before. It is a blended malt at 46% with very little else disclosed about it. This is part of a series of blind tastings from the "The Scotch Whisky Advent Calendar 5th Edition" advent calendar. I do not know what is in the calendar, so every one of these reviews is 100% no prior knowledge. 1. Macduff 2003 14yo (Single Cask Nation)

Long and enjoyable finish. **Overall**: Finally we’re starting to talk more enjoyable whiskies. This has a whole lot more complexity than the last bunch, some earthy funk and perhaps smoke to find. An enjoyable pour, to be sure.
